Feeders for which parts are soon to run out and
will require replenishment can be identified in advance,
providing the operator with time to set new parts on
feeders. Newly prepared feeders can be replaced the
moment existing parts run out, helping to keep downtime
to an absolute minimum.
In addition to the host computer, parts
out warnings can also be displayed at a wireless PDA,
allowing the operator access to the part usage status
while on the move.

Periodic feeder maintenance warnings are displayed
according to the frequency of feeder usage.
Based on appropriate user defined settings, these
warnings remind operators when to perform adjustments,
lubrication, and replace any parts if necessary. Fully
functional, regularly maintained feeders help to ensure
maximum machine operation rates.
