1. Ultimate multitasking machine - GYROFLEX T4000
Fuji has developed the GYROFLEX Automated Multi Task Machine to increase parts processing efficiency and flexibility for our customers.
This innovative new machine solution will help our customers to secure their production and maximize their profitability.

2. Advanced opposing twin spindle lathe ANW-300IIIN
Fuji's unique high-rigidity opposing twin spindle lathe has been improved.
The ANW-300IIIN has increased flexibility in addition to its conventional multifunctionality.
In this exhibited machine, both the left and right shafts are equipped with a center press and images are used to show EV shaft processing.
In addition, the built-in swing-arm robot can access the left and right sides of the machine as well as the front side, creating an ideal automated machine.
In addition, the new "Feons" operation panel enables more intuitive operation.

3. Pursuing complete automation by using the multi-axis robot, SmartWing, and the Autonomous Mobility Robot, Rally.
SmartWing works with "e-Sys", which is a digital transformation solution for robot system integrators, to significantly reduce the workload during installation.
Rally is a low-floor, compact AMR designed to work with existing infrastructures.
This exhibition is set up with an ANW-300IIIN to give visitors a sense of what it would be like to use it in a factory.

4. Realizing optimum automation, CSD-300II
Various operation patterns are possible by installing a dual gantry in the CSD-300II.
By dividing the workload, the fastest robot cycle time of 11.0 seconds is achieved for optimum automation.
In addition, the new "Feons" operation panel allows for more intuitive operation.
