The MECHATRONICS TECHNOLOGY JAPAN 2023 (MECT2023) exhibition was held for 4 days from October 18 (Wednesday) to October 21 (Saturday) at Port Messe Nagoya and we exhibited our latest machines.
We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the many visitors to our booth and the successful conclusion of the exhibition and presentation of our newly developed complex CNC lathes, the “ACUFLEX400S” and the “ACUFLEX400D”.

1. New Multi Task CNC lathe ACUFLEX 400S
We will be exhibiting two types of Multi-tasking CNC lathes, ACUFLEX, for the first time in Japan. The Multi-tasking CNC lathe has single turret and a Y axis featuring a world class workpiece swing diameter while being compact in size. The slide has high rigidity while offering speed. Especially the high-rigid right spindle is noteworthy.

3. Two process machining (obverse/reverse) with a single spindle machine
We propose the TN300 II, our single spindle lathe with a gantry loader, for automating multiple processes. This machine enables switching between the front and back side of workpieces using an auxiliary loader for obverse/reverse process machining. This also contributes to a reduction in the machine purchase cost and machine footprint.

4. Automation of multipurpose lathes and high-mix machining
We offer an automation solution through the cooperation of our standard single spindle lathe, TN400 IIR, and our multijoint robot, SmartWing. This allows automatic recognition and processing of a wide variety of workpieces.We will be showcasing machine tool-robot package systems from Fuji.
