It is easy to check the performance visually because the indicator section changes color by reacting with plasma radicals.
It is also possible to quantify plasma performance by measuring the indicator section using a device such as color-difference meter.

Two types are available: high sensitivity and low sensitivity types that have different color-change properties.

It is easy to attach to workpieces by using a labeler.
