FUJI Smart Factory Platform NXTR NEW！

Fuji's new high-end model SMT machine, equipped with the world's first automatic parts supply system "Smart Loader". This is a platform that maintains quality and productivity at a high standard while freeing operators from repetitive work.
The NXTR platform was developed upon a concept of three zeros (zero placement defects, zero machine stops, and zero machine operators). This was evident in the demonstration of the Smart Loader supplying parts and performing changeover without stopping the machine, which gained a lot of attention.

The system at the core of Fuji Smart Factory. In addition to basic functions such as creating programs and part verification, Nexim also connects all information, people, and things related to production to support strengthening production so that it can be performed according to plan.

NXTIII

A high-speed versatile modular mounter that supports various types of production by being able to exchange heads, units, and even modules.
During the event, we demonstrated our technology for high-density part placement of very small parts such as 0201 (004002") parts using the high-speed H24S head.

AIMEXIII

A flexible placement machine that is suited to high-mix production and producing large panels.
We showcased the DX head, which is able to switch between different tools for handling from very small parts up to large and odd-form parts. This head is now even more powerful with the newly added glue tool. This helps prevent defects such as raised parts that occur during reflow by provisionally securing key devices.
We also introduced the inner tray stage, which can be used to supply tray parts inside the machine.

sFAB-alpha NEW！

An all-in-one inserter in which the insertion processes for radial parts, axial parts, and jumpers are merged into one machine.
In comparison to part insertion lines using dedicated insertion machines, the occupied space is greatly reduced and the works in progress between dedicated processes also be reduced.

sFAB-D

A multi-purpose automated fabrication machine that supports a wide range of insertion processes from radial and axial parts to pressure insertion of large connectors.
During the sFAB-D demonstration visitors were able to see insertion of many parts including small parts with leads and large, odd-form parts.
