FUJI Group Health and Productivity Policy
Fuji Health and Productivity Declaration

Fuji recognized under the 2025 Health & Productivity Stock Selection Program
Under the program held by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, the Government of Japan together with Nippon Kenko Kaigi that recognizes corporations that practice excellent health and productivity management, Fuji's efforts in the area of health-conscious management practices were acknowledged with Fuji being selected as one of the "Certified Health & Productivity Management Organizations" in the large enterprise category for the seventh year in a row.

Health and productivity promotion framework
We will promote health and productivity in coordination with the Health and wellbeing promotion subcommittee. In addition, in order to maintain and improve the health of employees, we are working together with the Health Insurance Society and the Fuji Labor Union to develop various policies, starting with the Health and Safety Committee.

Health and productivity management strategy map
To implement the PDCA cycle more effectively, we have revised our strategic map from April 2025. We will enhance support for mental and physical health of employees, aiming to build a safe and positive work environment.

Health and productivity KPI (key performance indicators)
In fiscal 2025, we changed one of the KPIs from "ensuring sufficient sleep and rest" to "improving labor productivity", as we place more focus on encouraging employees to change their awareness and behavior. In addition to improving mental and physical health, we aim to improve work and enhance communication in the workplace, thereby increasing employees' satisfaction and work engagement.
We will continue to implement the PDCA cycle to further promote health management.

Presenteeism refers to a situation in which an employee is physically present at work but unable to perform at their full potential due to mental or physical health issues, resulting in reduced work performance and productivity. The figures are calculated based on our internal stress check using the WHO-HPQ.
