Three tips for health promotion
To achieve a healthy mind and body that enables employees to work actively with enthusiasm, we have highlighted the following three points for health promotion and are promoting awareness of them.
-
Revise and improve one's lifestyle based on health check results
- Understand health check results based on correct knowledge
- Actively consult industrial physicians and medical institutions regarding abnormal results
-
Actively participate in health seminars, education, and events
-
Consult with friends, family, the company help desk, industrial physician, or medical institutions regarding stress
Health and productivity promotion framework
With the health and wellbeing promotion subcommittee at the center, we will promote health-conscious management in cooperation with the health management section of the General Affairs Department. In addition, in order to maintain and improve good health of employees we are working together with the health and safety committee as well as our health insurance society and the Fuji labor union to develop various policies.

Health and productivity management strategy map
In order to embody the Fuji health and productivity declaration, we promote health and productivity management by visualizing the management issues to be addressed through health and productivity management, employees' health issues, and measures to solve them, as well as by using specific indicators for such measures.

Health and productivity KPI (key performance indicators)
In fiscal 2025, we changed one of the KPIs from "ensuring sufficient sleep and rest" to "improving labor productivity", as we place more focus on encouraging employees to change their awareness and behavior. In addition to improving mental and physical health, we aim to improve work and enhance communication in the workplace, thereby increasing employees' satisfaction and work engagement.
We will continue to implement the PDCA cycle to further promote health management.
