Inclusion in
indices

In recent years, interest in ESG investing has been growing among institutional investors.
Fuji is also included in ESG indices.
Fuji has been consistently listed in the S&P/JPX Carbon Efficient Index since 2018. This index is an environmental stock index jointly developed by Japan Exchange Group and S&P Dow Jones Indices, and it has been adopted by the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF) of Japan since 2018. The index covers companies in the TOPIX, and is designed to determine how much weight attributed to each constituent according to the disclosure of greenhouse gas emissions and carbon efficiency (greenhouse gas emissions per unit of revenue) within the same industry.
Sustainability Ratings

As in the previous year, the company earned a “B” score for "climate change"
and a "B-" score for “water security” in 2025.
In the 2025 survey (with over 22,100 responding companies), we maintained the same level as the previous year. Our efforts to strengthen our sustainability promotion framework and reduce environmental impact across the entire value chain were recognized. We have identified “contributing to a carbon neutral society” as a key priority and are promoting decarbonization through both product development and our supply chain. We will continue to treat reducing our environmental impact as a key management priority and strive for continuous improvement by strengthening our organizational structure and improving our execution capabilities.
