Positive Work Environment

Creating a supportive work environment

In fiscal year 2025, we not only opened a new building at Okazaki Plant but also renovated the Tokyo Branch and the sales floor at our headquarters. In fiscal year 2026, we renovated the Osaka Branch and the Human Resources Strategy Department floor at headquarters. We have created open spaces to facilitate active interaction and communication not only within departments but also across departments and among group companies, making these areas hubs for new insights and innovation. We will continue to proceed with office renovations in phases.

Labor-management conference

The Labor-Management Council has been established as an advisory body to facilitate mutual communication between workers and management, to facilitate smooth business operations, and to promote clarity in the workplace. Labor-Management Council meetings are held annually to discuss management policies, general overview of operations, working conditions, efficiency promotion, business improvement, health and safety, and welfare programs.
