The left spindle can accommodate a chuck up to 15 inches in diameter, while the right spindle can accommodate a chuck up to 12 inches in diameter.
The space inside the machine is made large as much as possible in order to make the swing large, and large workpieces can be handled.

Roller guides are used for the Z-axis slide and B-axis slide with a wide mounting pitch and high-rigidity slides have been adopted for the X and Y-axis slides near the machining point. These combine rigidity and speed, enabling heavy-duty cutting with the right spindle that rivals that of the left spindle.

The mounting interface, which complies with BMT55 & 60, allows selecting the appropriate configuration for your specific application, such as high-rigidity live tools or maximizing the protrusion. It is also possible to use the tools already present or readily available live tools.

It is possible to select from the following two types: a highly rigid short neck and a long neck with flexibility for tooling.

The door can be opened/closed to the right and left. This makes it possible to access the right and left spindles in the shortest distance.
In addition, the door open/close assist function (option) reduces loads on operators.

A highly rigid digital tailstock that drives the tailstock by a servo motor contributes to reducing the workload and changeover time.

Usability has been improved by placing a full keyboard
in the center of the operation panel.

Easy programming by simply creating the shape of the material and workpiece is possible.
Creating shapes supports symbolic input, importing CAD data, and CAD drafting, and automatic process determining reduces programming time.
