Two modules can be set on one base. You can flexibly construct production processes on the standardized bases.

It is possible to freely combine any processes to suit your production needs.

Machining modules can be pulled forward 700 mm. This makes changeover and other work processes much easier.

This gives a line length that is half of our previous lines.

Reduce the used floor space by replacing with DLFn. This makes automation simple.

A robot is equipped on the module base to reduce lost time with fast and efficient movement.

Fuji's proprietary controller, Unicorn, was developed and installed in the DLFn.
Because all machinery, units, and conveyance required for the production line are controlled by the same controller, this ensures smooth and intuitive operation.

The machine module is 450 mm wide and can process workpieces up to 300 mm in diameter.
It features a spindle capable of accommodating a 12-inch chuck and a turret that can hold eight tools.

This module features a highly rigid spindle and a 7.5 HP motor within a 450 mm width. This allows for a drilling capacity up to 20 mm, enabling high efficiency machining.
