CS Series

The thermally stable and space saving design bed is equipped with high rigidity slide, zero-core headstock, and high speed turret. The column with a high rigidity ensures stable quality.

A high-speed three-axis gantry robot is used and this eliminates wasted time during workpiece loading and unloading, enabling shorter cycle times. By making it lighter than previous models, even greater speeds can be reached.

This is a cam type indexing turret for high-speed indexing. Servo motors are employed as the drive source. Furthermore, the addition of a hydraulic clamping mechanism increases the rigidity of the output shaft and suppresses chattering during high-load cutting.

Live tools which rotate up to 4000 rpm can be equipped.

This system monitors the load on the spindle and feed motors to detect abnormal loads during machining.
