While maintaining high rigidity, the heat-balancing bed that keeps thermal displacement minimized is designed so that dimensional changes caused by heat is minimized. This is achieved by making full use of the latest CAE analysis and feedback from verification results by machines.

Robot control is centralized in FANUC. This uses main and sub slides with a double-action construction for the vertical axis, minimizing the machine height when the robot is raised. The robot hand is hydraulically clamped for reliably carrying heavy objects.

Live tools which rotate up to 4000 rpm can be equipped.

When equipped with a tailstock, shaft workpieces are also supported.
