High-rigidity milling cell
This high-performance turret milling cell features a high-rigidity box-way slide and utilizes simultaneous four axis control to achieve five-face machining with a single chucking.

X, Y, Z, C four axis control
By using simultaneous four axis control, drilling, end milling, and tap processing can be performed by chucking one time. In addition, highly rigid box-way slides are used for the X and Y axes.
Selectable workpiece indexing robot
Selecting a swing arm robot or a gantry can make automation suitable for the line configuration possible.
High-performance live tools
The number of turret positions can be selected from 6-position, 10-position, or 15-position according to the machining type. Not only radial and axial machining but also inclined-hole machining and simultaneous two-hole machining are possible.
Excellent chip processing capability
There is a large chip collector directly under the machining position and
dropped chips are efficiently removed by the dedicated chip conveyor.
