Koh Young introduced their newest SPI and AOI machines and the KSMART system which is central to their SMART Factory Solutions.

Important points for metal masks to improve jisso quality as well as solutions from Sun Craft Corporation were introduced.

 

Latest reflow technology

The issues and needs of the reflow market were analyzed and a presentation was given for the newest solution from Tamura, the new TNV version III series.

 

Placement technology for automotive use

The placement technology required for supporting the continued electrification and connectivity of automotive products and for self-driving technology were introduced together with solutions from Fuji.

 

Equipment efficiency as seen from the current situation and countermeasures

Attendees were presented with themes for maximizing OEE and minimizing TCO.

 

Placement machine roadmap 2019

The roadmap included trends for SMT parts and products, the smart factory roadmap based on M2M and IoT solutions, as well and the next generation placement technology for supporting increasingly diversified and complex placements.
