  Fuji is a machine tool manufacturer and also produces chucks in-house. Chucks are designed to match the allocated workpieces. Custom chucks can be manufactured upon request.

Automation Design

• (1)Work Stocker

  

  10 or 12 pallet work stockers are available. Stockers can be utilized as IN-unit, OUT-unit or IN/OUT common-unit.

• (2)Work Chute

  

  The Robot periodically takes out the workpiece and puts it in the quality check chute.This chute is also used to discharge autogauging and seating confirmation NG parts.

• (3)Parts Turn Over / Parts Shift DeviceParts Device

  

  Parts turn over device to present the parts in the correct orientation for the next process, or Parts shift device to automatically transfer parts to the next robot.

• (4)Auto Gauge

  

  Placed on the side of the machine, this device ensures part quality by gauging specific process dimensions and automatically feeding back this information to the NC for dimensional compensation.

• (5)Conveyor

  

  Work pieces can be placed on the conveyor. It can be used as an IN/OUT device and contributes to automation of the line.

• (6)Auxiliary loader（TNⅡ)

  

  The auxiliary loader installed on the z axis slide, combined with the gantry loader serve as a part turn over device.

• (2)Auxiliary loader

  

  The auxiliary loader, which is mounted on the Z-axis slide, automatically removes the machined workpiece from the chuck so that the robot can load a new workpiece to the chuck and pick up the machined workpiece from the auxiliary loader.
