We recently showcased the latest models of our machines at this year's show that ran for three days from February 4th through 6th in San Diego, USA. This year's IPC APEX EXPO 2020 was a very successful three-day event. We would like to thank everyone who helped make this a success.

FUJI Smart Factory Platform - NXTR and NXTR PM NEW!
NXTR

Fuji's new high-end model SMT machine, equipped with the world's first automatic parts supply system "Smart Loader". This is a platform that maintains quality and productivity at a high standard while freeing operators from repetitive work.

NXTR PM

A high productivity rate can be maintained because solder can be supplied and cleaning paper can be exchanged during production. The time for ramping up mass production can be drastically reduced by the newly developed printing support system.

 

Integrated Production System - Nexim

In addition to the functions of a conventional production management system, this system connects stages and machines as well as centrally managing production related data.

Fuji Scalable Placement Platform - NXT III

This platform flexibly supports all types of production conditions from high density placement of very small parts to placing large odd-form parts and even glue application, just by exchanging and setting units.

Fuji Flexible Placement Platform - AIMEX III

This platform supports production for large panels up to 1,068 x 710 mm. This minimizes the changeover work that frequently occurs for high-mix production while maintaining high efficiency production with high quality. The production range of this machine has been expanded with the addition of the glue tool for the DX head which can already handle production from small chips to large odd-form parts in one head.

Fuji Ultra Accurate Placement Platform - NXT-Hw

This highly accurate placement machine has been developed based on the surface mount technology for placing SMD parts at high speed while incorprating semi-conductor technology for placing die parts with high accuracy.

Automated part warehouse sTower ll

This is an automated part warehouse for storing up to 2,300 part reels in a compact body. This unit can minimize the work for picking parts and manages the inventory using first-in first-out management.

Multipurpose Automated Fabrication Machine - sFAB-D

This multipurpose automated fabrication machine supports a wide range of insertion processes from radial and axial parts to pressure insertion of ultra-large connectors used for ECU boards in automobiles. This automates processes that have been manual up until now and stabilizes quality and productivity.

Auto Inserter - sFAB-alpha

This is an all-in-one inserter in which the insertion processes for radial parts, axial parts, and jumpers are merged into one machine. The occupied space is greatly reduced in comparison to lines that use a succession of dedicated insertion machines, while also reducing the initial cost.

 

 

Compact Multijoint Robot, SmartWing

By using coordinate correction technology and vision data, teaching with physical guidance, which is necessary for conventional robots, is no longer necessary. Because of this, the time required for setting up for mass production or relocating the robot is drastically reduced.

Automatic maintenance units

The maintenance (cleaning, inspection) of heads, nozzles, and feeders which are directly related to placement quality can be automated by these units. Inspection results and maintenance history are automatically registered to the host system and maintenance management such as providing guidance for the next maintenance can be automated.
